Leggings, jeggings, skinny pants, stretch jeans – it’s a rough world out there with the plethora of jean/legging mash-ups for girls to choose from right now. So as fall arrives once again, here is a reminder to all the ladies out there to wear jeggings, tights and leggings in the correct fashion. I know we’ve all seen one too many girls wearing a) tights as leggings b) leggings that are way too thin (see-through) or c) inappropriate jeggings as jeans.
This chart will help you determine if you are in fact wearing pants. It is an oldie but a goodie from Amy Sly who posted it to Buzzfeed last year. She coined the term “GLHP (Girls Leaving the House Pantsless) Syndrome”. Amy, if you’re out there listening, I would love to see a 2012 re-vamp to remind us all how to properly wear pants again this year!
